Come and visit the glam and the glitz of Las Vegas and take part in some excellent training as the International Association of Marine Investigators, a 501c (3) nonprofit Association of International, Federal, State, and Local law enforcement investigators, in partnership with marine insurers, Special Investigators, marine surveyors, maritime attorneys, and marine fire investigators announced it will be hosting a Regional Training Seminar (RTS) at the Fiesta Hotel located in Henderson, Nevada, November 13 – 14, 2019.
The theme of this regional training seminar will be Marine Casualty, Accident Investigation and Accident Reconstruction, and will cover salvage operations, forensic investigation and photographic documentation, utilization of video technology, computer animation, evidence preservation and spoliation issues. State vessel registrations and changes to titling and HIN assignments, as well as Coast Guard numbering regulations, typical marine fires & arson investigations will also be discussed.
Proctored Certified Marine Investigator testing for those who been prequalified to test for the prestigious Certified Marine Investigator credential will also be made available. This meeting will be co-hosted by the Nevada Department of Wildlife, and the Arizona Game and Fish Department.
