Do I need to stay at the hotel in which the conference is being held?
While not a requirement please know that the organization guarantees a certain number of rooms and must pay a penalty if we are under. It is important to not only book at the hotel but use the group code during booking for us to get the credit. You also may miss out on perks that the hotel is providing the group.
What is the schedule for the conference?
The class schedule will be posted under the conference training/activity section or you can follow this link Conference Schedule. It still subject to change.
What is the dress code?
We are a professional organization. Please wear appropriate clothing during conference class times. Button down shirts and polo shirts are acceptable. Business casual is preferred.
Can I get a refund after the cut-off?
Unfortuantely we can not issue refunds after the cut-off. At this point we have already guarenteed certain things with the hotel and that is based off your registration.
