Here are some instructions for your guests who are booking rooms online or when they call in to Reservations at (888) 899-7770:

It’s easy to book by clicking this dedicated link for the group below and following these instructions to book online (Link Above):

1.    Now you’ll be on the booking page where you will select the arrival date, number of nights, and the number of adults.
2.    Select the room type and click on CHECK AVAILABILITY
3.    That will bring up the screen to select the room type and click on BOOK NOW to fill in their information.
4.    They will need a credit card to book their rooms and the reservation system will charge the first night’s room and tax at the time of booking to their credit card.
5.    Reservations can be cancelled with a full refund if the cancellation is made 72 hours or more prior to arrival.
6.    The guest will get a confirmation email with all their reservation information.
