1. IAMI Certified Marine Investigator application must be accessed and filled out electronically.
2. Applicant must be a current IAMI member in good standing.
3. Application must be received by the CMI Committee at least three weeks prior to requested test date. The completed Application will be reviewed by IAMI's CMI Committee. A determination of eligibility shall be made by the CMI Committee. A letter of notification will be sent by the Committee.
4. Approved applications will be considered valid for one year from the date of notice.
5. The applicant must take the Examination within the one year.
